NAMI Spokane now offers support groups via Zoom.
Following state recommendations to implement social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19, NAMI Spokane has postponed all in-person support group meetings and classes until further notice. Support groups are being offered on the free video conferencing app Zoom. Click any of the support group links you’re interested in and you’ll be able to register and receive access to the meeting. Details are below.

1st Saturday Monthly:

Zoom Social Call – at this time is suspended until further notice
“Social Call” occurs every Tuesday from 10:30 – 11:30. The purpose of the “Social Call” is to decrease loneliness and personal isolation while providing opportunities for self-care through actively engaging with others in a meaningful way.
